How to Send Your Photo

Whenever you send it — by chat, by email, or in reply to our follow-up — please include:

📷 Your favourite photo of your pet
🐾 (Optional) Your pet’s name
💬 Any small details you’d like us to know (like markings, collar, expressions, etc.)

You can also send a few photos if you’re unsure — we’ll choose the one that works best for the final design.

Choosing the Right Photo

To make sure your bobblehead captures your pet’s personality clearly, we recommend:

✓ A sharp, well-lit photo
✓ Your pet’s face fully visible
✓ Front-facing or slightly angled shots
✓ Natural colours without heavy filters

Please Avoid

✕ Blurry or low-resolution images
✕ Cropped or partially hidden faces
✕ Dark or backlit photos
✕ Poses where the face is covered by paws or objects

If the photo isn’t suitable, we’ll let you know before we begin production.
