Why we chose it

We added this to the shop because we were tired of buying "indestructible" toys that lasted a week. This one actually holds up to a large dog's enthusiasm. The rubber is firm enough to survive serious pulling, light enough to sail across a field when you throw it, and shaped so you can grip one end while your dog grips the other. It's the sort of toy that does a very specific job very well: it tires them out.

Keke took one look and decided this was not her sort of thing. Which is fair — she has her own standards. No ring toy made it into her collection.

Seven:

Seven has known this toy since she was small enough to barely get her mouth around it. Her opinion has not changed. She still presents it with the same hopeful look she had at twelve weeks.
